Assistant General Manager

With a decade of working nearly every position in the restaurant industry under his belt, Ethan Will brings extensive experience and insight as the Assistant General Manager at Bestia Mare, a seafood-centric concept in the Franklin neighborhood.

Born in the Midwest, Will has always had a love for bringing a community together and bringing smiles to as many faces as possible. With an original path as a singer/songwriter with a Music Business Degree from the SAE Institute in Nashville, Will quickly realized while working in the restaurant Industry during his time in college that hospitality was where his true passion was.

Will has since then spent his time managing and overseeing at some of Nashville's and Franklin's most recognized restaurants and companies such as 55 South, The Southern Table, Whole Foods and more. He has been a part of over eight successful restaurant openings and worked for two startups, further proving his expertise in business development. Prior to Bestia Mare, Will was the Food & Beverage Manager at Southall Farm & Inn, Franklin's luxury farm resort.

As Assistant General Manager of Bestia Mare, Will focuses on assisting General Manager Ivan Altamirano and Chef Frank Pullara to ensure that guests receive the best service and helps to oversee the management of day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his six-year-old daughter and dog. Additionally, Will is an involved member of his church participating in mission trips and traveling. Fun fact, Will also enjoys acting on the side and has appeared in several music videos for country music stars such as Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan and has also been an extra In a Coors Light commercial.
